great spot for exploring parks and vibrant streets

We had an amazing time here during our family trip with kids, as the hotel was just a few steps from the East Market District's great local eateries and a short walk to Waterfront Park, which offered beautiful views and plenty of room for them to run around.

Amazing location and comfy stay!

I had a wonderful night at this hotel with a fantastic location close to many attractions within walking distance. The room was beautiful, and the view from my queen room with city sight was an added bonus. The beds and pillows were super comfy, which made for a restful night's sleep after a long day. The staff were personable and really made us feel welcomed. One area for improvement would be to offer more breakfast choices that are included in the stay.

the ac hotel by marriott louisville downtown has a fantastic location, with so much to do within walking distance. the hotel itself is beautiful and smells amazing. we really enjoyed the comfy bed and pillows. the staff was super personable and helpful. the view from our queen room with two queen beds was an added bonus, and we found a great local eatery nearby for breakfast.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy! The beds and pillows were seriously nice, perfect for catching z's. The shower was awesome too, felt like a mini spa. Plus, the views from the room were a cool bonus. Really enjoyed the vibe of the room overall.

Disappointing Experience

We stayed just one night and faced multiple issues. Parking costs added up, and the breakfast rate per person felt unfair for families. Claims of an accessible room proved false, and we were charged for a service animal despite legal protections. Not family-friendly at all.
